Nermin, who is in her late twenties and about to enter her thirties, is a Syrian mother living in Turkey. She has a two-year-old daughter named Julie. Nermin has been studying psychology since 2011. She had problems completing her education and graduating due to the war and giving birth to a child while at university. Nermin's hobby or where she sees herself is music. Nermin has been singing ever since she remembers, and although she can't improve her voice now, she uses music to feel relieved and to her daughter.
Nermin is also trying to find a job to gain financial independence, but not being able to due to her not graduating.
Nermin receives news that there is a competition for works of art: music, drawing, impressive dance...etc. She wants to join in training her voice and retaking music in her life.
Nermin has difficulty in preparing for the competition because of her life devoted to her daughter and her lessons.
Nermin gets inspired by her daily life and her daughter and sings a song about her life and submits it to the competition, but discovers that her project has won a month later.
