Experiencing Interruptions?

Nomad & Roadrunner

Nomad & Roadrunner is a modern western revolving around self-discovery, bloodlines, and the pursuit of happiness. In 1872 Thomas Wells (R.E. Kollman) runs away from home in pursuit of a greater life, at the same time Thomas’s modern-day descendant, Ferris Wells (Matthew Dylan), is battling strikingly similar issues. Thomas must battle misguided religious beliefs, alcoholism, loss of family, and self-loathing. Ferris' Grandfather (Gordon Rothwell) forces Ferris to move on in search of peace, but to find peace he must fight inner demons, hereditary alcoholism, heartbreak, and loss as well. With both storylines happening simultaneously, the audience sees the characters changes and discoveries happening in tandem. Director, R.E. Kollman, and Cinematographer, Matthew Dylan, draw on old western themes and imagery to bring about a coming of age story unlike any seen before. The journey of self-discovery can be brutal, but the end of the journey could uncover happiness and understanding.
