Private Project

No dust

The film takes the university campus as the background and tells the final study life of Xu Rongzhen, who is about to graduate, in the school! Facing graduation, he knew nothing about the outside society. When he was finally doing nothing, his teacher invited him to assist in the production of performance video works. By participating in this project, Xu Rongzhen was spiritually enriched during his confused time. Therefore, Xu Rongzhen participated in his teacher's performance art creation in his spare time. They created a series of performance works in abandoned garbage dumps, abandoned factories, riverside and other areas. However, this did not change Xu Rongzhen's inner confusion. In addition, Yang Xiaolan, a better girl in the school, caught his attention, so he started to approach this girl, and, like ordinary college students, slowly stepped into a romantic relationship! The two broke up until two days before graduation. Xu Rongzhen, who walked out of the school gate, sat at a three-way intersection, not knowing which way he was heading. The film narrative is more ordinary, but the emotional changes of the characters in the process are a true portrayal of the real life state of college students, and truly express the emotions between students and the deep relationship between students and teachers.

There are three main creative methods for shooting "No dust". The first is the study of cross-documentary realistic film creation. The second is the grafting and combination of artistic images and realistic films. The third is the artistic integration of the use of skillless performance and the construction of non-traditional stories. First of all, the cross-documentary is to combine the real life of the characters and the actual environment to take the fragments, and cut into the drama scheduling appropriately, thus forming a complete plot movie. Secondly, the intervention of artistic video is to sublimate the thinking space of film works. For example, the behavioral images of "No dust" intervene. On the surface, Xu Rongzhen is used to assist Zhang Yunchong in filming the behavioral images, so that the behavioral images can be cut into the film reasonably, and the linear connection in the narrative is achieved. In terms of ideology, performance images are real performance works of artists, and their artistic value and appreciation value are both. After the narrative processing, the cut-in behavior images will be connected with the lives of the characters in the film, and have a more metaphorical effect. The behavioral image arrangement in "Dust-Free Season" is set according to the life state of the protagonist Xu Rongzhen. At first, it was confused and boring, and the behavior images cut into have a metaphorical relationship; after graduation, after falling out of love, Xu Rongzhen felt a sense of loss The sense of insensitivity and the unknown challenge to the society are all metaphorically
represented by the last action image.
