Born and raised in New Jersey and a graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts - Gerard is a passionate, well-rounded creative who has created pieces for Showtime, The New Yorker, GQ, and RocNation.
He is a lover of cinema and has immersed himself in the art form. He frequently shoots projects on Kodak film, teaches filmmaking at New York Film Academy, and has traveled around the world to film documentary projects.
Gerard also regularly performs improvised comedy at the People's Improv Theater in Manhattan. His love of performing transcends the stage, creeping into his film work and the occasional odd interview panel.
