No Knock - No Charge? The Amir Locke Story
After a No Knock Warrant for property was executed. Amir R. Locke, a 22 year old African American, was EXECUTED by Minneapolis and St. Paul SWAT on February 2, 2022 while sleeping under a blanket. The homicide was reviewed and charges were not brought. Karen Wells, the mother of Amir Locke is quoted saying "You did your jobs, now we'll do ours.", and the family decided to do just that with this documentary. We are bringing the evidence before the grand jury (people of the United States of America and the world) and letting them decide if charges should have been brought. No Knock - No Charge? The Amir Locke Story, will give vivid insight into the thoughts of police, police department employees, and EMTs when they come in contact with black and brown bodies and how they work to cover up their deadly mistakes. Let this be your blueprint for justice in the event that it happens to you or a loved one. Endorsed by Civil Rights Daughter Ruby Shuttlesworth Bester, Producer/Actor Ken Sagoes, and Actress Cynda Williams.

Born in Chicago and raised there until the age of 13, Andrew Tyler grew up in the North Lawndale area, specifically K-Town. Andrew Tyler's Mother and Father relocated he and his sister to Minnesota. A graduate of Harding High School, Andrew earned a degree in Radio & Television Broadcasting in the 1990s and in 2017 he went back to school for Film. Andrew founded Tylerman Films LLC in 2018, and in 2019 an opportunity came to create The Tylerman International Social Awareness Film Festival hosted by Cantigny Park. I've worked as an Independent Producer, Cinematographer, Writer, Director, and most recently an Editor for Ken Sagoes where we won numerous awards for our short film, "The Secret Weapon - Yesterday Is Today". I've been blessed to work with Cynda Williams, Hawthorne James, Rafael Ragland, and a host of others that love film. In my spare time I love Food, Travel, Sex, Chess, and reading my bible, not necessarily in that order. Overall, I create films that impart, impact, and change lives. Andrew lives in Lombard, Illinois
I'm learning that it's about the journey. I really do believe life and death are in the power of the tongue. As a fan of the "Hero's Journey", I believe in telling our stories now and never letting someone tell you there's one way to do a thing. I own my company for a reason and I'm not beholden to anyone. Tell your story now! Producer, Writer, Director, and Actor Ken Sagoes of "Nightmare on Elm Street, What's Happening Now, and Rosewood" taught me to never be a lazy editor, and never allow someone to use their paintbrush to draw on your canvas after you've done all the work.
