Raghunath NB, a graduate of the Pune Film Institute and a journalist, is
responsible for all the major creative elements and technical aspects of the film,
including composition, lyrics, music, cinematography, editing, production and
direction.
The film tells the story of a mother's and daughter's relationship between
them. Through the characters and events they encounter during this time, the
difficulties and joys of their life journey are brought to the audience. Instead of
extraordinary dramatic moments, the hard realities of life lead the story forward.

Director Biography - Raghunath N B

Born in Machad, a beautiful place in Trichur district famous for Machad Mamankam, Raghunath N B, completed his school education from Govt. lower primary school, Machad, St. Pious Upper primary school, Wadakanchery and Nirmala high school, kundukad.
He did his pre-degree and Degeree studies from St. Thomas College, Trichur. After taking degree in chemistry from Calicut University, he joined the Film and Television institute, Pune, in 1991 & took his diploma in Film direction in 1993.
His diploma film THERTHAYATHRA was selected to the INDIAN PANORAMA – 1995 (IFFI-1995, Mumbai), & to the International Film Festival FILM VIDEO ’95 Monte Catiny, Italy – 1995.
Second film POIKKUTHIRAKALUDE PADAYOTTAM was selected toThe 5th MUMBAI INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (MIFF) – 1998.
He has directed two feature films; Attuvela and Jyothirgamaya and directed more than 2500 episodes of various television programmes for Jeevan TV, Janam TV.
He has worked as a Senior Program Producer in Jeevan TV, Executive Producer in Mediaone Tv and Head of Programs in Janam TV. He was worked as Source Co-ordinator MA Multimedia , B hart Mata College, Ernakulam and Vice Principal of Bhavans' Institute of Media Studies, Ernakulam.

Director Statement

Nisabdham was born from an image that was caught in his mind a few years back. The film got 'flesh and blood' from real characters around his living place. Life is full of drama with unpredicted and unexpected climaxes. Whatever may the end of the climax, life has to move on from day one to day two .
