Director Biography - Alvin Bakari Stewart

Born in Miami, FL and raised in Atlanta, GA. Alvin attended South Atlanta High School and went directly in the United States Marine Corps. Alvin has messed around music, but always had a burning desire for film and creating brilliant cinema, with a focus on fantasy and superheroes, and upon one faithful meeting he met someone who shared his passion and RudeXSlug Films was born along with characters such as Kojack and The Stain.

Director Statement

Nightshade: The Rise of Stain is RudeXSlug Film's second foray into the superhero drama. We encountered many challenges, but managed to get it done. This originally was released as three separate webisodes and a special Halloween webisode of OCT 2021, but mashed together for film festivals.
