Nicole Hansen is an actor, producer, writer, and digital marketer from Boulder, Colorado. She studied acting at UNCSA, Playhouse West with Jeff Goldblum, and improv at The Groundlings School workshops.
In 1990, Nicole reluctantly competed in and unexpectedly won a Marilyn Monroe look-alike contest and was subsequently cast by David Fincher to play Marilyn Monroe in Billy Idol’s Cradle of Love and L.A. Woman videos. Director Dominic Sena also cast her as the Marilyn Angel in The Blue Nile's
Headlights on the Parade video. Director Danny Cannon cast her in his thesis film Strangers (Edinburgh FF), and went on to play the female lead in Boaz Davidson's American Cyborg - Steel Warrior (Cannon Films). After playing a kidnapped heiress in HBO's Soldier Boyz, she co-starred in the ensemble films Ash Tuesday (Tribeca, AFF, Vail) with Tony Goldwyn, Jennifer Carpenter, and Giancarlo Esposito, and in In Noise (Santa Barbara) with Ally Sheedy and John Slattery. In addition to acting, Nicole co-produced the TV pilot, GT Inc., starring Keenan Ivory Wayans and Tinseltown aka Tinseltown (Montreal FF, Austin FF) with Ron Perlman and Joe Pantoliano. Nicole produced Save It, a global warming message written and directed by 10-year-old Nikos Spiridakis and Executive Produced by Marshall Herskovitz. The PSA starred Tony Goldwyn and 9-year-old Dimitri Spiridakis, and it debuted on YouTube at #2 for non-profit videos. Save It also appeared as a PSA on CNN and MSNBC during the 2008 presidential debates and on TWC DVDs, such as Zack and Miri and The Reader. Nicole organized a screening of Save It at the United Nations in NYC, where she also produced the first-ever Renewable Energy Conference and Renewable Energy Awards Gala in June 2009.
