Nicola Bianchi was born in Rimini in 1992. He graduated in Economics in 2015 and subsequently moved to Milan, where he pursued his passion for reportage photography and the world of documentary filmmaking.
In 2019, he earned a degree in Design and Photography from the Academy of Fine Arts and began his career in art direction, working at international agencies within the WPP group.
In 2022, he co-founded Mixtape Studio in Milan with Claudio Braccini. Mixtape is an independent production company that creates and produces photography and video campaigns for brands such as Luxottica, Loro Piana, Ermenegildo Zegna, and Generali Assicurazioni.
In 2023, he co-directed "The Platinotypist" (with Claudio Braccini), and in 2024, he made his directorial debut with the short documentary "Daphne."
