Artist Biography

Nicholas Dheo was born on 5 June 2001, Jakarta, Indonesia. He started playing music at the age of 6 and fell in love with music ever since. Nick was inspired by a lot of artists like Nathan East, Fourplay, Pat Metheny, Yellow Jackets, Snarky Puppy, many more

Nick started learning the piano at the age of 6. His dad started introducing him to some Jazz music which he slowly began to love. He then started to learn the bass at the age of 13 and started to play on small gigs and jam sessions at that time. He kept on going and started to compose his own songs which at that time he didn't know what to do with it yet.

As time flies, Nick began to perform in several bigger events like the Youth Jazz Showcase @america, JGTC Festival, and got to perform on one of his dream stages Java Jazz 2020 with Otti Jamalus & Yance Manusama.

Nick has a dream that one day when he succeeds, he wants to support new artists (musicians, dancers, anyone with talent) and give them an opportunity to shine on one of his shows. Because he knows how hard it is to begin, that's why he has this dream to be able to be a blessing to others. He wants to support all new talents and showcase them in each of his shows. Because his dad always taught him that "Being RICH/Successful is not how much you can GET, but how much you can GIVE".

Music has always been his passion!
