NVNF is a platform that aims to produce and distribute afrodiasporic films, as well as support filmmakers of the African Diaspora based in Europe. The African and afrodiasporic stories are still dramatically missing in the film industry. Our reality and identity is still constructed from a colonialist view of the world, and it is only us, that can truly change the collective imaginary of the societies we live in, by changing the stories that are being told about us.
