Video Duration Requirements:
Short film: 30 minutes or less.
Feature-length films: 30 minutes or more.
Language: English subtitles must be provided for non-English works. English works can optionally be subtitled in other languages in order to attract a wider international audience.
Submission platform: All films must be submitted via email or other official platforms designated by the festival. Entrants are required to fill in the necessary information and upload a video on the platform.
Movie Format: Submissions must be in MP4 or MOV format with a resolution of at least 1080p. The film files should be of guaranteed quality so that they can be screened in high quality.
Additional Materials:
Description: A brief description of the content and background of the film, up to 250 words.
Director's Profile: Provide the director's personal profile, creative experience and contact information.
Movie Poster: A high-resolution poster of the film must be submitted for promotional purposes.
Judging process: All submissions will be judged by the festival's jury, which includes film directors, screenwriters, producers and other industry experts.
Judging Criteria: Films will be judged based on the following criteria:
