Nesib CB Shamah is a Louisiana born, multiracial filmmaker living in Seattle, Washington. In 2019, Nesib was awarded the Seattle Mayor’s Award for Achievement in Film at the Seattle International Film Festival. After relocated to the Pacific Northwest, Nesib attended the Seattle Film Institute. He produced and directed live music shoots, the music web series DESTINATION UNKNOWN and the Emmy-nominated documentary WELCOME TO DOE BAY. Nesib was on the producing team for the short films HASKELL, MEHNDI, SJ Chiro’s SXSW feature LANE 1974, THIN SKIN and SWEETHEART DEAL. Nesib's most recent film, SOJOURN, wrapped up a successful festival run in 2023.
