Neighborhood Blues

Neighborhood Blues is a film about a close-knit neighborhood that happens to include a whimsical clown. The whole neighborhood comes together to celebrate the birthday of a little girl. The clown who lives next door attends the party as well since he is close to the family and their daughter. Later that night after the party: the whole neighborhood, clown, and little girl face an unbearable loss. The clown helps everyone try to find light and honor the memory of the people they have lost.
