Natura: The Experience
'Natura: The Experience' should be viewed as a study of creativity and of artistic expression. This documentary was written using elements of artists' creative process and filmed in Bay Area, California. I felt this story needed a mouth to tell the raw stories of how art is conveyed by artists of color and culture.

I received my introduction to art as a young child. I was heavily inspired by different Japanese anime out at the time, such as Dragon Ball Z, Cowboy Bebop, Gundam Wing, and Hamtaro. The amount of emotion anime artists were able to convey through pen strokes was mind-blowing to me. My appreciation for art evolved as I grew older. I started to design my own series of characters, eventually spilling into a general interest for anything art-related.
I picked up a digital camera soon after, teaching myself to use light as a sole source of inspiration. After watching the film ‘The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari’ directed by Robert Wiene, I knew filmmaking was something special. Soon after, I transferred to MTSU to study filmmaking where I received a B.A. in film and video production with a minor in international media studies.
Create, create, create. And when you're done creating be that inspiration that will spark the next generation of creatives.
