ARTIST AROUND THE WORLD WITH A FORUM FOR SHARING THEIR CREATIVITY.
Motto behind to organise short film festival is to develop culture of short film making at Surat. There is potential to develop film making industry in Surat. Invite film makers from various states, discuss short films, understand their process of film making. Encourage creative minds of Surat to learn, shoot and develop skill craft good short films.
Surat city has diverse history and culture, places like chowk, Bhagal, station athava, one can feel the old historical essence of the culture on the contrary modern dimension of Surat can be witnessed through areas like VIP road, city light, vesu and more. There is must explore place like Andrew's library, Killa, Dumas, Suvali, natures park, saree market, diamond market, Jari business etc. Around the nation film maker will visit Surat and explore our city, its unique history and culture.

Rules & Terms


1. Films in any genre and languages accepted. Regional language films should contain English subtitles.

2. Short film duration 15 minutes or less in length.

3. Film format in HD, MP4 or any standard format.

4. Posters, short trailer and stills of the short film will be used for festival promotional purposes only.

5. Films completed after January 2018 are accepted.

6. Only directors and producers of short films have copyright, we don't use any part of the film other than festival purposes.

7. The decision of the jury shall be final, unquestionable and binding on all participants.

8. short film will disqualify if contain any adult content, vulgar dialogues.
