Diego Tigrotto (he/she) is a sex-positive artivist based in Rome, where he organizes events on conscious sexuality based on the experiences made in his paths of tantra, BDSM, poliamory and post-porn. He has adopted from the Burning Man Festival the principle of radical expression and wears animal onesies daily. Tigrotto has recently finished a course at the Institute of Clinical Sexology to become a Sex Educator and is travelling to various festival presenting the Sex Positive Tarot deck.
His debut as director with the oniric short film “a Spanking Ode” that wins the No Gender No Border Award at the Hacker Porn film festival. In the 48h project launched by the Hacker PFF he collaborates with Maria Basura, editing and performing in "Fuck the Fascism in Rome". His next short film is “Who'z Me Daddy” on a more controversial theme, that was selected for various European festivals. SEXPLORER, is a mockumentary on eco-sexuality and was supported by a successful crowdfunding campaign and enrolls a large cast and a big film crew. NatiAnal Pornographic has been his most personal work, selected by many festivals and winner of the Jury Mention in Bologna’s festival Inside Porn.
The latest short film he’s produced was directed by Celeste Fitts and is a meta porn: Projection of Porn.
Tigrotto curated the selection of short films at the Hacker PFF in 2017 and 2018 and was a member of the Jury for the Best short film competition in Berlin Porn Film Festival in 2018 and in Vienna PFF in 2019.
