Director Biography - Noah Forbes, Taylor Mason

Noah grew up in a small fishing village with no roads in rainy and grey Southeast Alaska, but now calls the eternal sunshine of Los Angeles home.

When he doesn’t have a camera in hand, he can usually be found in the kitchen pressing out some fresh tortillas, flipping through a new cookbook or planning his next trip out of town or country; always longing for a good meal, a distant mountain town and a new adventure.

Director Statement

Since growing up in Southeast Alaska, I’ve always wanted to tell stories of the amazing characters and beautiful natural landscapes of fund in Southeast.
This project, supported by way of borrowed cameras, cars and roofs to sleep under, was absolutely soul fulfilling and I can't wait to return.
