1968 - Amid the blood-soaked jungles of Vietnam, HENDRIX emerges as one of the lone survivors of a brutal Vietcong massacre. Armed with only a machete and his wits, he narrowly escapes a burn pit and manages to rescue BENNETT, a captured Marine on the brink of torture. Together, they embark on a perilous mission to free their imprisoned comrades – JACOB, LEWIS, and DEAN.

In a heart-pounding battle, Lewis and Dean are mercilessly slaughtered, leaving Hendrix grievously wounded. Desperate and clinging to the edge of survival, Hendrix encounters a mysterious local WITCH who possesses the power to defy death itself. Striking a desperate bargain, he promises to spare her and her son in exchange for her dark gift. With no other choice, the Witch reluctantly agrees, healing Hendrix and resurrecting Lewis and Dean. Bound by their pact, Hendrix and his resurrected comrades fulfill their end of the deal, taking grisly trophies from their fallen enemies as they leave the jungle behind.

Back in the States, the surviving veterans struggle to adapt to civilian life, haunted by nightmarish visions of their wartime horrors. Tormented by supernatural forces, their lives unravel as Lewis is driven to suicide by hanging, and Dean meets a horrific end in a supernaturally influenced motorcycle crash. As Hendrix's old wounds start to reopen, he realizes a malevolent curse has been placed upon him.

Consumed by rage and thirsting for vengeance, Hendrix is persuaded by Bennett to seek help from Trish, a New Age practitioner. Trish insists the only way to break the curse is to confront the Witch and persuade her to lift the hex. A chilling tarot card reading reveals only death lies ahead, compelling Bennett and Hendrix to undertake a harrowing journey back to Vietnam.

Tracking down their reluctant comrade Jacob, they convince him to join their desperate mission. In Jacob’s tricked-out plane, they fly into the heart of danger, only to be shot down in enemy territory. Jacob perishes in the crash, leaving Bennett and Hendrix alone to face their nightmare.

Their frantic search leads to the grim discovery of the Witch’s corpse and that of her son, uncovering a horrific truth – Hendrix had betrayed them, leaving them for dead rather than freeing them as promised. Now, the Witch's vengeful spirit rises from the grave, hell-bent on retribution. As Bennett, the only squad member untouched by the hex, is captured and tortured by the Vietcong, his life comes full circle.

In a final, terrifying showdown, Hendrix confronts the Witch’s spectral wrath, battling not just for his life, but for his very soul. With Bennett's screams echoing through the jungle, Hendrix faces the ultimate reckoning, caught in a deadly web of betrayal, vengeance, and horror.
