Nadir
We get to join a survivor on a journey as he recalls his thoughts and feelings before, during, and after his failed suicide attempt several years ago. What made him do it? What was it like to be so close to death? And how has he dealt with life after?

Alexander grew up in Trondheim where he studied to become an EMT. After two years of working as an EMT he joined the Norwegian Army as a medic.
After a year of army service he became ill, and was diagnosed with a heart condition that erased all possibility of continuing to work as a medic, as well as an EMT.
He became depressed and found comfort in alcohol. In 2016 he attempted to end his life, and was admitted to a mental hospital.
There, the realised that if he could no longer help others, he could at least entertain them.
He moved away from his home town to Oslo where he went to Noroff School of Technology and Digital Media, studying writing and directing.
He has made several short films, however the most notable one is the documentary "Nadir", which shows a glimpse of his darkest period in life.
