Nacho Chueca, filmmaker and architect, founded in 2003 LIPSSYNC MEDIALAB, a production company created for the realization and production of audiovisual work of quality. The unique philosophy is to get the audiovisual work as a result of an artistic and intellectual process, trying to keep intact the parameters of creative and commercial independence.
Its scope is very open: Fiction, documentary -in any of its formats-, musical manifestations -video clips, musical events, concerts, background images, canvas, and other audiovisual environments-, audiovisual support for exhibitions, arkinotectura (new audiovisual for architecture), performances and other presentations where formal and narrative must be maintained high quality standards.
In the last decade, Nacho Chueca has directed -as highlights- the films THE SPEED OF THOUGHTS, scientific and humanistic review about LIGHT concept, BENDITO CANALLA (DAMNED SWINE), a movie released in cinemas in 2009 in a fake-documentary way, that deconstructs the myth of Genaro Blanco, a famous spanish drunk elevated to the altars from the town of León. The global audio-visual sample of architecture of IDOM -a spanish international architecture study- at the CCCB of Barcelona. The documentary of an African solidarity trip in 2010: AFRIKA TREK, journey to the heart of football. Other notable pieces are the documentaries Livin´ Europe, Synchronicity, or the short films Absurd Deaths (1999) or Luz (2003).
Currently, Nacho Chueca is producing and directing its bigger project until now: GRAVITY LAND, a scientific and humanistic TV docu-series in 13 caps: what human being knows about the universe. This project includes the recently completed fiction feature film ALHAMBRA NEBULA, currently in festivals.
