NYC: A Silent Film

This video tells the story of NYC. It demonstrates that New Yorkers typically live a fast paced life until presented with a "spectacle" or something that makes them stop whatever they're doing in their lives to stare at what intrigues them. Most of the time, its typically art in any way shape or form. Its almost always celebrated and uplifted by New Yorkers, as well as any where else in the world.
