Director Biography - Elly Kalman

A talented director with a unique perspective and a wealth of experience, working in the film industry for almost seven years. A graduate of a prestigious film school in Russia. She has been living in Israel for the last two years

Prior to her career in the film industry, Elly worked successfully as a game designer, creating three video games. This experience enriched her understanding of interactive storytelling and visual dynamics, which is reflected in her directorial work.

During her career Elly has directed around 20 commercials. Her work is characterised by a deep understanding of visual storytelling, the ability to convey emotions and create an atmosphere that stays in the memory of the audience.

Each project for Elly is an opportunity to tell a new story, reveal new facets and experiment with form and content. Her commercials attract attention with their originality and clarity, short films touch the heart, and music videos turn songs into mini-films full of life and movement.
