The film is inspired by the Jewish saying, "If I am not for myself, who will be for me? If I am only for myself, what am I? And if not now, when?"
The sentence from Pirkei Avot (Ethics of the Fathers) emphasizes the balance between being true to yourself and taking personal responsibility, while also recognizing the importance of being part of a community and caring for others. It highlights the value of living in the present, accepting it as it is, and acting with mindfulness and purpose.
