I'm a 2D animator and storyboard artist from Atlanta, Georgia, with a Bachelor of Fine Art in Media Arts & Animation from The Art Institute of Atlanta. After learning the process of making films, I wanted to expand on my skills and enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design earning my Master of Fine Arts in Animation. I've gained skills such as learning to construct 2D puppets and how to build strong foundations for compelling narratives.
My film is a heart-warming story about a little girl, "Arya", who goes to a public garden with her mom and buys a Venus Fly Trap. After taking the plant home she takes care of it improperly, treating it like a pet.
The style of my film consists of flat 2D colors with minimum line work to keep a shaped based illustrative colorful look.
