This Mother's Day documentary short film is dedicated to my mother, a food delivery rider. It shows every aspect of a life of a food delivery rider in Singapore. The daily sacrifices they make to provide for their families, while also making a difference in the lives of others. This film is also a tribute to all mothers who work tirelessly to support their families and make the world better, one delivery at a time.

My name is Tam Yong Yao, a Singaporean-Chinese filmmaker born in 2002. From a young age, I discovered my passion for filmmaking through the joy of creating short videos with my friends. This early exploration sparked a deep love for the art form that continues to drive me today.

One of my primary motivations as a director is to showcase different perspectives from diverse individuals. I believe that cinema has the extraordinary ability to shed light on unique stories and experiences, fostering empathy and understanding among audiences. Through my films, I aim to capture the essence of these varied perspectives, creating a platform for dialogue and connection.

For me, filmmaking is a way to express what is inside me, as I often find it challenging to fully articulate my thoughts and emotions through words alone. The visual medium allows me to convey my deepest feelings, thoughts, and beliefs, offering a powerful and immersive experience for viewers.
