Imagine how much fun it would be to screen your music video in a theater full of music fans and industry professionals! Gorilla River is excited to announce the inaugural Music Video Film Festival taking place Saturday night February 8, 2020 at the Chappaqua Performing Arts Center.
Our Esteemed Panel of Judges Include:
- Mark Goodman, Original VJ, MTV
- Ed Walker, VP Original Content, Vevo
- Alan Light, Journalist, Host, Sirius XM
Building off of the popularity of the inaugural Hudson Valley Music Summit, the Music Video Film Festival allows music fans to take a deeper look at how visionary artists are putting together the whole package to present their music in the 21st century.
If your video is accepted, you will be given a 15 minute slot. During this 15 minutes, you will explain your vision and let fans know where you got your inspiration. Next, everyone will enjoy a screening of your video, and finally our panel of judges will share feedback in a spirit of fun and creativity. (5/5/5)
We value creativity and welcome all genres of music. Feel free to submit videos that are a few years old – now may be your chance to get noticed!
Three winners will be invited to join us on a panel at the 2020 Hudson Valley Music Summit where your video will be screened in front of an audience of artist managers, A&R reps, venue booking agends, music journalists, and other industry professionals.
