Mushroom Clouds

I am a senior majoring in Film and Video Studies at Purdue University. As a transfer student, I began my studies at Purdue University in the Spring of 2014. That summer I was chosen for an internship with The Elliott Hall of Music. The internship’s success lead to making a video for the Journal of Purdue Undergraduate Research Magazine (JPUR). I was Assistant Director for the short film, ‘Continuance’ which was a semifinalist in the 2015 Student Academy Awards and was a second place winner at the Raw Science Film festival in L.A. As a senior my passion for filmmaking has taken me around the world to places such as India. I have directed, filmed and edited several Short films, and various video productions. My projects have included several videos for Purdue University’s Cheerleading team and the video, “Guide to being a Boilermaker” which was highlighted in an interview with The Tab Purdue magazine. In January of this year my short film, ‘Esoteric’ won best experimental short at the Hollywood Short film festival in Santa Monica California.
