Director Biography

Vsevolod Ananyev worked for more than 10 years in television journalism. By working together, including international media such as «RL\RFE», «Belsat», «AP». During a business trip to the city of Vilkovo, he became interested in the reasons for the failure of a large European project, which resulted in the release of this film.
