Much Ado About Nothing

San Luis Obispo High School presents Much Ado About Nothing

At the turn of the 17th century, the triumphant return of an army from war sparks an intricate web of romance and strife under the warm Sicilian sun. This virtual adaptation of Shakespeare's 1599 comedic masterpiece is a perfect blend of the Bard's greatest tropes, a clash of love and hate, truth and deception, humor and tragedy.

I am delighted to be participating in my eleventh and final production with the San Luis Obispo High School Drama Club, and to finally show you Much Ado About Nothing, a labor of love two years in the making. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to everyone who helped make this production happen; this performance would not be the same without the support of Noelle Eben, Amy and Lief McKay, Annabelle Oglesby, Camryn Trowbridge-Wise, Netti Wulfman, Kaylee Beardsley, and the wickedly talented cast of Much Ado. Enjoy the show!
