2. Incomplete works will NOT be accepted. If your film is not fully finished (locked edit, color grading, sound design, titles) then it is NOT ready to be submitted.
3. It is highly encouraged to complete your digital package/press kit so that we have a way of accessing an approved synopsis and stills from your film for promotional materials we may generate in advertising the festival.
4. Please check the spelling of all names, contact info, and film details in your submission profile for accuracy. The festival will not be responsible for correcting misspellings in listings.
5. In submitting your film, you agree to let Mtn Craft Film Festival generate promotional materials including the name, poster, likeness, or stills from your film.

9. By submitting your film you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any screening fees if your film is selected.
10. If your film is accepted into our program, you must deliver your film to us as a DIGITAL FILE in the highest quality possible. Preferred formats are ProRes or H.264. We can help with this if you have questions.
11. By submitting, you confirm that you are duly authorized to submit the film to the Mtn Craft Film Festival without the consent of any third party (or, if the consent of other parties is required, all of them are also signing this Agreement).
12. By submitting, you confirm and warrant required legal authority to submit the entry into the festival.
