Rules & Terms

Rules & Terms
Movies must be submitted in either 1280x720 or 1920x1080 pixels (Full HD). The maximum allowed duration for a short film is 40 minutes—no limits on feature films.

Subtitles: Unless the film is primarily in Dutch or English, all movies must include English subtitles.

Publication: The winning movie will have its movie poster published on Moving Pictures.

    Thanks a lot for this opportunity, we were really honored to be selected in this Festival with our short documentary "Abandoned".
    We hope to partecipate again in this competition with a new short film in the future, because it smells like a great event of cinema. We love Belgium and some shots of our short documentary were shot right here in this wonderful country!!
