Submissions
- You will be requested to upload an audio clip of the pitch.
- The pitch must be under 60 seconds or you will be disqualified.
- Your idea must be original and not based on an existing franchise or property.
- By entering this contest you affirm that your entry does not infringe, misappropriate or violate the copyright, trademark or other intellectual rights of any third party.
- All entrants retain the rights to their pitch, and written feedback for the winner’s script is optional.
- Our readers are professional film producers who carefully evaluate each entry. Judging criteria is based primarily on the overall quality of the pitch, including originality, creativity and entertainment value. All types of genres and styles are welcomed.
- Entrants may submit multiple entries. Each submission must include its own entry and must include a separate file and separate entry fee. Once an entry has been submitted and payment has been processed no refunds will be issued.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the date of entry.
- All submissions must be in English.
- Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Rabbit Hole Pictures, past and present, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- There is no limit to the number of pitches you may submit, but they will have to be uploaded separately.
General Provisions
- VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
- The entrant shall indemnify and hold harmless Rabbit Hole Pictures LLC, its employees, contractors, agents and contest Judges from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, and/or publicity to the audio pitch entered.
- Entering the contest constitutes permission to use your name and likenesses for publicity and promotions with no additional compensation. We reserve the right to publicize and promote any and all progress, development and success of the entered movie pitches.
