Our fears plague us starting at childhood. No one leaves their past unscathed and unbroken. A young couple embarks on a new life and moves back to the husband’s old stomping grounds. Their travels deal out the fears from the husband's horror filled childhood, forcing him and his wife to deal with them as adults. With an all original sound track, this movie will take you to hell and back.

Director Biography - Kurt S. Mason

Kurt Mason has run the gamut as a TV/Film editor and has a strong audio production & post-production background as well. He has Directed, Produced and Cut Movie Trailers, Narrative long form, Documentaries, Reality TV, Short Films, Promotional Spots, produced and edited Multi-cam Music Videos and Pay Per View Specials for companies such as Disney, ABC Network, FOX Network, 94.7 THE WAVE, Mantra Films, Kandoo Films, Ceilings Unlimited. He also started his own production/post company Les IZ Mor Pictures, which he continues to grow with, exploring Drone shooting, Scripts, Cameras, Storyboarding and general Pre-production and Production.

He holds his own with a camera and shoots when needed. He has shot for Topanga Film Festival, Acid Head Productions, Les IZ Mor Pictures, etc. Editor on the film "Finding The Boom Bap" that was entered in many film festivals in 2006/2007, Produced and Edited “The Sigmund Fried Rock-U-Mentary”, Cut segments for Mantra Films (a Pay Per View Superbowl and Spring Break Special), and has done trailers and promos for various independent producers and artists. He also was head editor and Post Production supervisor for the documentary "Proof or Propaganda" and loves diving into music videos utilizing multiple cameras and using his strong music and sense of rhythm throughout. During the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina he cut promos and spots for ABC “Fun In The Sun” campaign that showed stars from daytime TV shows helping out the efforts to rebuild playgrounds. He continues to cut, produce, and teach Avid and New Media concepts of story tellling, through his experience of teaching at institutions like Video Symphony, and his dedication to attending the Avid Association events, religiously.

As an ACI (Avid Certified Instructor), ACU and Creative Editor and Tech Consultant, Directing has become the next step in his journey. He believes that directing and editing is a creative journey. Going through stratums of footage, dialogue, scenes and selecting suitable music to take the viewers on a dramatic visual excursion.
