Moisés Anaya (1987) is a Mexican filmmaker. He has worked with audiovisuals for over a decade, directing and photographing commercial, documentary, television and fiction projects. Among his clients are Netflix, Discovery Channel, Vice and different organizations. In 2025 his first long documentary “Sunset Shadows” will premiere.

In 2014 he was part of the project “Labour in a Single Shot” and the same year he won the RetoDocs at the film festival DocsMX. In 2015 he studied film direction at New York Film Academy. His work has been part of Plataforma MX, Zanate Residency, Flaherty Seminar, Kaalo 101, as well as CSFF, Clermont-Ferrand among others.

Since 2024 he is based in Stockholm, Sweden, where he is also a resident.
