Jason Ledford is a Native American Filmmaker, Musician and Storyteller. He was born in Cherokee, North Carolina and is a graduate of Western Carolina Universities Film and Television Program.
Jason works primarily as a cinematographer, but he is also a producer, director and editor. His credits include the feature films Partners, an official selection in the 2016 Mississippi Sun and Sand Film and Music Festival, and the Orbs. He was the Director of Photography on the Stephen King short Rest Stop. He has worked as a cameraman on the feature film Shifting Gears, PBS’s David Holt’s State of the Music Live, as well as the Animal Planet show Woodfellas. He has had the privilege to work with Hollywood stars Marco St. John and Thom Gossum Jr., to name a few.
When Jason is not working he spends his time in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina with his wife and son.
