Director Biography - Gabriel Saint

Gabriel is a multi-talented filmmaker and artist hailing from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Recognized for his diverse skill set, he has contributed to the world of film in many capacities, as a writer, director, producer, cinematographer, editor, and composer, among others.
After graduating from The Art Institute of Seattle, Gabriel's career initially took root in the world of fine arts, represented by galleries across Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Los Angeles. His visual artistry later found a new canvas in film, perfectly complementing the auditory experience crafted from his background as a music producer.
Since starting productions in Los Angeles, he has directed three feature films, including "Ghost Light," which won Best Drama at the IFS Festival in Hollywood, and "American Psychopath.”
Gabriel's specialty lies in elevated horror, a genre where he artfully blends practical and digital effects. His narratives, characterized by their exploration of complex themes such as obsession, rejection, and surreal motivations, always prioritize character development. His work on projects such as "Melody" (2019), "Here in the Dark" (2019), "JK's House" (2013), "Speed Demons" (2012), and "Flesh Wounds" (2011, TV Movie) further illustrates his versatility as a writer.
