Mixed Feelings

This was the first animation project for my stop motion class at NKU, animating a ball of clay anthropomorphizing it, and giving it personality. This was a challenging but enjoyable project. No clay balls were harmed in the making of this production.

Director Biography - Brian Kole Hester

Kole Hester is a senior 3D Digital Design & Visual Effects student studying at NKU, where he has been learning software such as Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Substance 3D Painter. Before college, he had an extensive background in 2D art, graphic design (helping with logos, posters, and flyers for his community), and comics. He also had a touch of 3D knowledge from creating polymer clay sculptures by hand and also from some AutoCAD 3D programs. In his design work, he hopes to implement knowledge from 2D into my 3D works to cultivate a unique style to bring concepts to reality.
