Mission: Thrive!

Jorden, a student, was supposed to hand his teacher, Mr Kai, a Gratitude Card earlier in the day to thank him for his efforts as a teacher, but the school is now closing and he is about to leave. Can Jorden find him in time?

This film, directed, written and produced by Winston Lee, highlights the importance of taking some of your time to show your gratitude for those in your workspace, whether it be in the office or in school, who have helped you throughout your journey there. By doing so, those around you will feel more appreciated for their efforts, and you would be happy to see other around you feel appreciated, thus strengthening bonds and creating a work environment that promotes mental wellbeing!

This film is also a promotional film for Yishun Innova Junior College's Thrive! Mental Well-being Week 2023, an annual school event organised by the Class Leaders' Council (CLC). Established in 2022, the CLC CCA is a group of leaders dedicated to promoting a culture of mental care among students and providing support for others. This event is a week full of talks and activities meant to encourage students to maintain a healthy mind throughout their academic lives, take a break and simply help put a smile on their faces!
