Mission Grey

Extreme weather caused by climate change devastates Taoyuan, Taiwan. Ten years ago, there were horrible floods every time it rained. People got stuck, power shut down, and furniture got soaked in the water. Citizens were tired of the floods, and they had had enough. Here in Taoyuan, a group of brave seniors formed Flood-Prone Communities. With help of the government, they formed emergency response teams to alert villagers, evacuate people and prevent water from flooding into people’s homes. This documentary is all about the brave elderly people that grouped up to fight against climate change and saved their home. We call it Mission Grey.
