This slow-burning indie film was created by a cast and crew of college students. It was made for under $500, and was all filmed over several weeks in the Summer of 2022 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with only an iPhone. The writing process took over a year, and the editing process took a month and a half. I wanted a compelling character study but also a look at individual struggles with mental health. Issues involving abusive relationships, substance abuse, body dysmorphia, and suicide. Something we see too often. While the themes in this film may be extreme, so are the real life examples. Circumstance and personal struggles can have horrific consequences. This film would not have been possibly without its wonderful cast Vish Ishaan, Julia Polisoto, Jonah Hartman, Timothy Quinn, and the help and support of our family and friends.
