Mohammad Zaheer Abbass is a debut film director who has years of experience in filmmaking. He has previously co-produced films like The Dream (2019) & The Forgotten (2021). He worked as cinematographer in these films as well.
He has supported and assisted on numerous short & feature films over the decade.

Murder in the valley (2024) is his first independent feature film. This film has been shot extensively in the challenging valleys of Kashmir by a team of dedicated film lovers and technicians over a period of 6 months.
