Although Mirror was made for the #BehindTheDoor Short Film Competition on LaCie's Collective platform, it was a film that we were all insanely proud of, and a film that deserved to be seen by more people. The film ended up being a finalist in the competition. Inspired by the works of David F. Sandberg and Guillermo Del Toro, I wanted to the simplicity of Sandberg's works with the beauty of Del Toro's creating a unique blend of the two in Mirror.
