Mira Al-Haj Hasan is a Palestinian-Jordanian multimedia artist and storyteller with a passion for film and theater. She wrote and directed two short films, produced six, and adapted and directed a theatrical play. Her first short film, Domya, won the Semi-Finalist award at Student World Impact Film Festival, and her senior short film, Zawaya, was screened in festivals across Austria, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Egypt, France, Scotland, and the USA, winning the Audience Award at Festival Ciné-Palestine in France and the Quarter-Finalist Award at Golden FEMI Film Festival in Bulgaria.
