Theo Rogers is the President and Founder of Humble Ambitious Media located in Milwaukee, WI, who’s mission strives to “Educate, Empower and Ignite conversations of social issues in communities through visual media. Rogers grew up in the Inner-city of Milwaukee, WI, where 51 percent of black men his age have been incarcerated. Rogers was able to escape that statistic and graduated from Full Sail University with degrees in Show Production and Audio Engineering. With 14 years of experience, Rogers became the Owner of PAV, LLC, a live events production company in the heart of Las Vegas, NV whose clients include Heinken, Dell, IBM, Cisco, Honda, Nissan, PGA and many more. But in March of 2020 the live events industry came to a halt pushing Rogers to follow his passion of film making in his hometown of Milwaukee. Humble Ambitious Media, Inc. is a visual production company whose focus is to promote a platform of expression to a variety of voices and perspectives; one that connects real people to real social issues while encouraging real dialog that leads to real change in communities and the world.
