Milo and Pink Regret
Milo and Pink Regret is a musically driven short film about the delicate relationship between a chain-bound father and his son. Milo Horner is the sole caretaker of his son Thomas. Try as he might to give Thomas a happy life, the chain that binds Milo limits his existence to the interior of their home. If he ever hopes to be free, Milo must face what lies at the other end of the chain.

Director, Cinematographer and Writer Robin Johnston was born and raised in Brantford, Ontario. Robin's venture into the art of filmmaking began at a young age, initially flourishing as a hobby amongst him and his friends. However, during his time in high school, Robin began to pursue a specialist high skills major in communications technology. It was within this area of study that film, something that had begun as little more than a hobby, became a passion and an aspiration.
With an artistic drive and a desire to tell unconventional and unique stories, Robin Johnston has recently graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor's of Film and Television Production. Drawing inspiration from the works of Edgar Wright, Wes Anderson and Christopher Nolan, Robin has carved out a style of direction that is quirky, dark, and hugely dependant on music.
