Films must have been completed within the past 5 years.
No premier status is required and all films are qualified to enter the competition.
Films must be less than 40 minutes.
Films can enter into multiple categories in order to increase the chances of nomination for artists.
Milan Short Film Festival is allowed to use promotional material from films.
