Born and raised in Teaneck, NJ, in middle school I developed a passion for acting that led me through numerous film projects, from commercials to short student films to a feature indie horror movie. In my experience as a young actress, I was always fascinated by the activities of the directors and crew with whom I worked.
Now that I'm in high school, I've moved on to discover the joys of operating behind the camera. I study in the Theater Academy at Bergen County Academies, and have taken courses on Digital Filmmaking at UCLA and NYU.
In 2018, after my freshman year of high school, I wrote, produced and directed the 12-minute short thriller "RUN". "RUN" was selected for over a dozen film festivals nationwide, and I was honored to win awards for Best HS Horror Film, Best HS Film Producer, and Best HS Suspense Film.
In the summer of 2019, I studied Digital Filmmaking at UCLA, where I helped produce and direct the comedy "Do You Believe in Magic?" This film has also been selected for several film festivals nationwide.
My most recent project, "It's Called Revenge," is another short horror film that I wrote, produced and directed. It was filmed during the summer of 2019 and released in July 2020.
I also founded the Make-a-Movie Film Club at my high school, where I am helping club members concurrently working on several short films, as well as spearheading our school's involvement in such film-related events as the 10-day Film Challenge. I also continue to work on several personal film projects.
