A scuba diver ran out of his oxygen supply while being under the deep sea, only to be saved by mermaids who eventually realize that they are being hunted and capitalized off after some time. It’s an animated film directed, written, and produced entirely by Allen Cheng, an expression that artistically delivers some of his thoughts, as well as a demonstration of skills.
