Memoirs
This film reminisces on the glorifying times of the Harbor of Bremen, Germany. The poem ties together perfectly the two extremes; how full of life and action the harbor used to be and how lonely and quiet it is nowadays. As a fairly new citizen of Bremen and a lover of harbors, I used to wonder every time I walked past that area how lively and chaotic it must have been... Now it is sad, grey and too quiet.

I was born in March 1994, in a small city in Albania. I remember my childhood to be a very typical late 90's one. An era where digital devices were unknown to children and when we played outdoors all the time. Later on, in my teenage years, my two main hobbies were studying and competing in Mathematics competitions and watching movies (especially American movies and TV Shows). I decided to go with my first hobby for my profession and decided to study Economic Informatics at University of Tirana, Albania. During this time I lost a bit focus on my most creative part, because studies were taking most of my time. After successfully finishing my studies, I started working in a well - known international company, part of the Big Four, as a Risk Consultant. It was a job I liked and a great first opportunity for me. However, I felt something missing... I felt an urge to follow my creative part. That is why, I applied for a Master in Digital Media in Germany, hoping this way I would fulfill my creative and scientific ambitions altogether. Fast forward almost one year into this degree and I am loving it. It is what I imagined it to be and more. I am learning new things, getting out of my comfort zone and expanding my creative side to the fullest. Thanks to this degree, now I am a proud director of two films, which I never imagined myself to be.
